Despite boasting nearly 5 million monthly streams on Spotify, moments like this still feel like a fever dream to mxmtoon.

Following her performances at Madison Square Garden only a few nights prior, she shared on instagram, “it’s still surreal to me that I get to do any of this. I have a lot of moments where I feel like pinching myself and wondering if I’ll wake up from a seven year long dream, and I felt it especially at these shows.”

mxmtoon proved that she deserved all of it throughout her ten song setlist, which included her latest release “i hate texas.” On the sarcastic and confessional fiddle track. mxmtoon plots her post-breakup getaway.

AJR also proved their showmanship through their high-energy, imaginative 90 minute set that included 3D visuals and dynamic performances.

$1 of every ticket sold on this tour was donated to Planet Reimagined, a non-profit organization co-founded by AJR’s Adam Met. According to a press release, “the program trains the climate leaders of the future with customized programs for action-researchers from around the world, teaching them how to combine thought and advocacy for measurable impact to fight the climate crisis and deliver fair solutions for people and the planet.”
