Tessa Violet’s Portland House of Music show was a night of firsts. Not only was it the first night of her debut North American headline tour, but it was also the singer’s first performance in Maine with a special guest, Tessa’s mom.
The opening night of Tessa’s Rise of the Phoenix tour was a lively and ethereal experience. Vibrant colors, eye-catching costume changes, and her energetic stage presence was captivating and nothing less than extravagant.
Hit songs like “Bad Ideas,” “Wishful Drinking,” and “YES MOM” provided the soundtrack for the celebratory night, while the crowd sang along to every word.
She finished off the show with a bubbly performance of her number one song, “Crush.” The crowd went wild as bubbles floated through the venue.
From the music to to the stage production, Tessa showed us that night that she is an artist worth listening to that puts on a show you don’t want to miss.
