After making fans swoon over her performance on Miley Cyrus’ New Years Eve broadcast, FLETCHER is back with another internet-breaking collab.
“Better Version” featuring GRAMMY® Award nominated and multi-platinum country artist Kelsea Ballerini serves as a contrast to Fletcher’s smash single “Becky’s So Hot.”
The heartfelt duet navigates the “the highs and lows of a relationship and ultimately its dissolution,” FLETCHER wrote on instagram.
This weekend, the pop and country superstars brought the lyrics to life in a cinematic video directed by award-winning filmmaker Eva Doležalová (Serpentine, Maestro), and co-starring Gavin Leatherwood (Sabrina The Teenage Witch / Sex Lives of College Girls) and Ava Capri (Love Victor, Do Revenge).
The visual brings new meaning to the earnest lyrics through parallel story lines that converge in a He’s Just Not That Into You-esque ending.
