Our co-founders, Amelia Cordischi and Will Heffernan, have always had a passion for music and entertainment. Many nights, they can be found at concerts or catching the latest hot show or movie. It has been their dream to share those discoveries with others through words and photos. They are now realizing that dream through ECHO, a music and entertainment publication.
At ECHO, our mission is to keep you in the know about new music, entertainment, and emerging artists across all industry sectors. From the East Coast to Hollywood, we are delivering music reviews, exclusive talent interviews, film and TV reviews, and more!

Amelia Cordischi | Co-Founder & Editor
ECHO Magazine co-founder Amelia Cordischi is a highly accomplished digital marketing professional, with almost a decade of experience in the field. Amelia's work has been published in renowned publications, such as the Boston Globe. As a communications graduate of Simmons University in Boston and manager of Simmons College Radio (The Shark), Amelia launched and co-hosted her radio show, "The Find," and showcased her artistic talents as a freelance photographer for Blended Magazine and CelebMix. Her journey in the media industry began at WCVB-TV Chronicle, an ABC Boston affiliate. There she gained valuable insights into the dynamic world of broadcasting.When not ricocheting around photo pits with her camera, interviewing emerging artists, or crafting the next ECHO article, she can be found indulging her thrifting passion and immersing herself in the world of sustainable fashion.
Will Heffernan | Co-Founder & Editor
As the Co-Founder and Editor, Will stands as a paragon of excellence in the realm of Journalism. His illustrious career is punctuated by enthralling interviews with a constellation of stars, including the likes of Kelly Clarkson, Shawn Mendes, Demi Lovato, Nick Jonas, Cole Sprouse, KJ Apa, Olivia Rodrigo, Ava Max, and many more luminaries. Will's captivating narratives find a home in prestigious publications like CelebMix, Mood Magazine, Celeb Secrets, and Blended Magazine. His gift for articulate storytelling, coupled with an unparalleled ability to extract the essence of each interviewee, solidifies his status as a luminary in the field of entertainment journalism.
Clara Faulkner | Social Media Producer and Writer
Clara Faulkner is the versatile Social Media Producer for ECHO, bringing a rich blend of experience in digital storytelling, film, and interview-based content. As a Recording Academy mentee and GRAMMY U Ambassador, Clara is deeply connected to the music and entertainment industries, offering valuable insights that shape her strategic approach. With a background that includes roles at The Boston Globe, NBCUniversal, Boston.com, and Intersect Magazine, she has crafted content on movie premieres, live events, and in-depth interviews with a wide range of entertainment professionals, including actors, musicians, and industry leaders. Outside her media work, Clara is passionate about travel, nature photography, and reading academic novels—finding inspiration in exploring new landscapes and immersing herself in thought-provoking literature, which fuels her creative and intellectual curiosity.
Adriana Arguijo Gutierrez | Staff Writer and Photographer
Adriana Arguijo Gutierrez is a photographer and filmmaker based in Eastern Massachusetts with a Bachelor’s in Media Arts from Simmons University. Adriana's journey began as a sophomore in high school when they founded a photography business that has now serviced over 500 portrait sessions and 350 events in the last eight years. Adriana’s work has been published twice in The Boston Globe, and in 2019 they received a Student Production Award from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. Adriana loves playing piano, discovering new music, and analyzing films in their spare time. Their favorite music genres are new wave, synthpop, bebop, and rock en español, and some of their favorite films are Solaris (1972), Nope (2022), and Jurassic Park (1993).
Annaliese Baker | Staff Writer
Annaliese Baker is a journalist and stand-up comedian based in Boston. Her writing has been featured in The Boston Globe, GBH and Alyssa Milano: Sorry Not Sorry, in addition to ECHO. Annaliese previously resided in New York City, where she worked at Comedy Central: Stand-Up and has performed at several venues throughout both New York and Boston. She's currently part of the News Digital Team at GBH, Boston's NPR and PBS affiliate, and is part of Emerson College's writing and publishing program.
Angie Comer | Staff Writer
Angie is a writer/director with seven short films, eight feature scripts and TV Pilots to her credit. Born in DC and raised in Southern, Cali by a single mom, Angie always believed that writing was going to play a starring role in her life. Angie is graduate of the AFI Directing Workshop for Women and the Studio Arts program. As an avid runner with 13 half marathons under her belt, Angie is a dedicated Steelers fan who plays kickball, volleyball, and pickleball. Currently, Angie is diligently writing a new feature script and is in the early stages of developing her 9th and last short film; a workplace dark comedy, entitled FAQs.
Kendall Graham | Staff Writer
Kendall is a writer and Editorial Assistant from Nantucket, MA. She is pursuing a Masters in Professional Writing at New York University. Kendall has also had work published in Atwood Magazine as a Contributing Writer. She loves rock, metal, alternative and electronic genres, and loves sharing it with anyone who’ll listen to her geek about it; her love for Spoon, Paramore, Spiritbox, and The Warning are nearly unrivaled. She loves the beach and being out in nature, and you can usually find her in the kitchen exploring new recipes or making matcha lattes. She is a Script Competition judge for the Austin Film Festival, and hopes to one day write successful screenplays.
Thomas Manning | Staff Writer
Thomas Manning is a member of the NCFCA and SEFCA, and also the co-host of the television show and radio program Meet Me at the Movies. He also serves as Senior Interviewer for Elements of Madness. He has worked as a production assistant and voting member on the Film Selection Committee for the Real to Reel Film Festival. Additionally, he manages his own film review and interview site, The Run-Down on Movies. Manning is a graduate of Gardner-Webb University with a double-major in Communications and English. His passion for cinema and storytelling is rivaled only by his love for the music of Taylor Swift. When he isn’t watching or talking about movies, you can usually find Manning drinking a ridiculous amount of coffee, going on spontaneous road trips, and running dozens of miles as he searches for the meaning of life.
Hannah Sender | Staff Writer and Photographer
Hannah Sender is a student photojournalist based in Boston. Co-editor in chief of her high school’s newspaper and literary arts magazine, Boston Calling PR intern, and past TEDx talk speaker, Hannah hopes to pursue higher education in the journalism field with a focus on music photography. Her favorite movie is Booksmart (2019), and other pastimes include sewing, doom-scrolling on TikTok, and attending every concert she can.
Derin Yilmaz | Staff Writer
Derin received her BA in Writing for Film and Television from Emerson College. She previously worked as an Editorial Intern at Young Hollywood and had her articles on film& TV, pop culture, fashion, and music published on YH: The Scene. Recently, she worked at Voltage Pictures as a Development Intern and assisted Hollywood producers in the development & production of various film projects. She is currently based in NYC and loves writing Film & Television reviews for both new and nostalgic content.
Anna Carlson | Staff Writer
Anna Carlson is a Brooklyn based writer. Her work has been published in Ladygunn and Glitch magazine among others. She’s afraid of electrocution from her toaster, her current favorite celeb crush is Ayo Edebiri, and she prefers red wine.
Sam Piscitelli | Staff Writer
Sam Piscitelli received his B.A. in English with a Concentration in Creative Writing from Curry College. He’s a music journalist based in Denver, CO. He’s written for Mugatunes, Founded and wrote for The Personal Cuts Music Blog, Bolderbeat, and now is a staff writer at ECHO. He’s interviewed two-time Grammy-Nominated Jamie Floyd and singer/songwriter Jeb Havens. He loves finding new music in his spare time as well as writing his own music.
