“Invisible,” the latest release from the Nashville-based musician known as Knox, was well-received by fans when performed on tour throughout this year. The original production of the song was performed solo, however, a new version of the single featuring singer-songwriter Rosie beautifully builds on the original work.
A relatively fresh face in the industry, Knox took the isolation of the pandemic to perfect his craft. The Ed Sheeran-adjacent singer-songwriter released his first single in 2024, followed by two EPs. He has supported artists on tour such as The Band CAMINO, Nightly, and Boys Like Girls. Recently, he invited a fellow young musician, Rosie, to duet on his single “Invisible.” While both iterations of the song are inherently romantic and undeniably genuine, Rosie’s sweet, soft vocals and clever lyrics act as a new perspective in the song’s story. Rosie sings, “I’ve always been such a cynic until I looked in your eyes.” These lyrics encompass the song, which discusses bettering one another together. Knox and Rosie’s voices melt together as if merely their sounds have chemistry when in unison.
Knox’s chemistry with his fans has also been on full display on toure reflects, “I’m 6 states away from home and there’s a thousand people in the audience that are singing the song that I wrote with my friends in my bedroom… That’s when it gets you when you see people connecting to something that I made with my best friends. It’s the most unreal feeling in the world.”
Fans can expect new and exciting things from Knox as he continues to collaborate with other up-and-coming artists like Rosie and himself, as well as new music and tours.
