Miami’s Nia Ray released her debut EP What’s Love Anyways.
The EP’s first song “Sober,” introduces Ray’s pop/r&b velvety voice and plunges inside a relationship and its spectrum of emotions. “Relationships are hard, but people always make love seem so easy. I’m sure you’ve found yourself wondering, ‘I thought love was supposed to be this and that, could this be love that I’m feeling?’ Well…what’s love anyways?” says Ray.
Like “Sober,” the other songs on this 6 track EP lead listeners into and through the struggling mind of someone in love.
This EP follows the success of Ray’s single “Lowkey,” and accompanying music video, released earlier this year.
